Happy 2011!

Every year, people gain weight between Thanksgiving and the New Year. Well, as we get older, we cannot afford to accumulate fat, especially around our waists.
So, turn around your eating habits right away. Start with:
No treats - no sweets, desserts, chips, alcohol.
Plenty of veggies, fruit, fish, whole grains, low-fat dairy, nuts.
Work out every day for 30 - 60 minutes, even if it's only a walk.
Plan fun things.
Work hard.
Enjoy life.
In 3 weeks you'll be back in shape, have high energy, fit into your clothes again and be ready to enjoy the year.
